Event Videography in New York City

NYC Event Videographers for Corporate Events

A good event video does what stills can’t — it captures the moment in motion. The energy of a keynote audience reacting to a launch announcement. The cadence of an executive interview where the pause matters as much as the words. The room reading the room. Whether the deliverable is a 60-second recap reel built to perform on LinkedIn or a full hour of panel footage that lives in your training library for years, the work has to translate to whatever happens after the event ends. Event Photography NYC’s videography practice has produced video for clients including LTIMindtree, Alpine Investors, Alcami, Adonis Technologies, Poltrona Frau, Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, CAMP, and others — covering everything from full conferences and panel sessions to brand films, attendee testimonials, product launches, and company culture videos. If you need an experienced event videographer in NYC, we’re the team that delivers footage your marketing, communications, and HR teams will actually use.

Frequently Asked Questions

faqs
How much does event videography cost in NYC?

Event videography is quoted by project, not by the hour. Pricing depends on length of coverage, number of cameras, what deliverables you need (a recap reel is different from full session capture, which is different from a brand film), turnaround speed, and any specialized requirements like multi-day coverage or additional crew. Most projects are scoped in a short conversation once you describe the event and the deliverables you need.

How quickly can I get the final video?

Standard turnaround depends on the deliverable. A short recap reel typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. Full conference or session edits take longer — usually 2 to 4 weeks depending on length and complexity. Rush turnaround is available as an add-on for tighter deadlines like press distribution or campaign launches.

Do you provide multi-camera coverage for conferences and panels?

Yes. Multi-camera setups are common for keynote and panel coverage where you need a wide stage shot, tight speaker coverage, and audience reaction in the same edit. We’ll talk through the program structure and recommend the right number of cameras based on what you actually need — sometimes one camera is enough, sometimes the event genuinely requires three or more.

Can you produce brand films and company culture videos in addition to event coverage?

Yes. A significant portion of our work is branded content rather than event recap — brand films, founder and executive interviews, hiring and culture videos, and product-led content. These projects are scoped separately from event coverage and usually involve a pre-production conversation to understand the brand voice, the goals, and the audience.

Do you handle audio professionally?

Yes. Bad audio kills a video faster than bad footage does, especially for interviews, panels, and keynotes. Every shoot includes professional audio capture appropriate to the deliverable — lavalier mics for interviews and stage speakers, shotgun mics for ambient, and dedicated audio recording for sit-down content. We monitor levels live and capture backup audio when stakes warrant it.

Do you capture attendee testimonials and participant reactions on-site?
Yes — and this is one of the most useful video deliverables for events that have a marketing or sponsor follow-up component. We set up a designated interview area away from the program flow, capture short reaction interviews with attendees, speakers, and partners during natural breaks (coffee breaks, post-program reception, etc.), and edit them either as standalone clips for direct use or integrated into the broader recap reel. Testimonials are the single highest-credibility content type for marketing the next event, supporting sponsor renewals, or building case studies — they come from real attendees rather than from your marketing team. We’ll work with you in advance to identify who you want interviewed and what questions matter most.
What formats do you deliver in?
Final videos are delivered in formats optimized for where they’ll live — horizontal for YouTube and internal players, vertical or square cuts for social if needed, and lower-bitrate web versions alongside high-bitrate masters. Tell us the platforms upfront and we’ll deliver accordingly.
Do I get full usage rights to the video?
Yes. Every videography client gets full usage rights for marketing, internal communications, recruiting, social media, paid media, and editorial use. The only ask is videographer credit if the video is submitted to press or editorial outlets, where customary.
Do you also offer photography for the same event?

Yes. Photography is available as a paired service — many clients book us for both video and photo on the same event, with a dedicated photographer working alongside the videographer so neither discipline gets shortchanged. See our photography services for details, or mention both when you check availability.
