Trade Show Photographers for the Javits Center and Beyond

A trade show is the one place where your competitors, customers, prospects, and press are all in the same building at the same time — and the photography is what carries the story out of the venue. Whether you’re an exhibitor capturing your booth activations and executive presence, or a brand documenting your industry presence for post-show marketing, the imagery has to do real work. Event Photography NYC has photographed at major industry events at the Javits Center and across Manhattan, including coverage for clients like Alcami and LTIMindtree. The deliverables are built for what comes next: post-show recaps, sales enablement decks, LinkedIn campaigns, and the materials that justify next year’s exhibitor budget. If you need an experienced trade show photographer in NYC, we’re the team that knows how to move through a show floor without slowing it down.

— Video Services

Add video to your trade show coverage

Photography captures the booth. Video captures the momentum.
Trade shows are one of the events where photo and video work hardest together. Photography goes into the post-show recap deck, the sales enablement library, the LinkedIn announcement, and next year’s exhibitor proposal. Video does the work that stills can’t: showing your demo in motion, capturing executive interviews on the floor, building the recap reel that gets the sales team and the marketing team aligned on what actually happened at the show.

The two video deliverables trade show clients ask for most often:

  • Show recap reel

A 60-to-90-second cinematic edit showing booth traffic, demos, executive moments, and the energy of the floor. Built for social, sales follow-up, and internal post-show reporting.

  • Booth and demo video

Product demos captured cleanly, executive interviews recorded between meetings, and B-roll that fuels sales enablement content long after the show wraps.

Frequently Asked Questions

faqs
Can you cover multi-day trade shows?
Yes. Multi-day shows are common in our scope — we can either provide consistent single-photographer coverage across all days or scale up to multiple photographers for larger booths with simultaneous activities. We’ll talk through the schedule before the show and build a coverage plan that matches your booth flow.
How do you handle booth coverage without disrupting demos and conversations?
Trade show photography is a fundamentally different skill from event photography because the work happens around your sales process, not around a program. Discreet movement, quiet shutter use, and reading when to step in versus when to wait are the difference between coverage that helps and coverage that gets in the way. We work the floor in a way that lets your team keep selling.
How quickly will I get the photos?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days. If you need a selection sooner — for a same-day LinkedIn post, a press release going out during the show, or end-of-day recap to send to executives — same-day editing is available as an add-on. We’ll flag the recommended option when you book.
Do you photograph executive interviews or media moments at the booth?
Yes. Executive interviews with press, customer meetings, analyst briefings, and any moment where leadership is engaging with the floor — these are often the highest-value images from a show, and they need to be captured cleanly without interrupting the conversation. We handle these regularly.
What venues in NYC have you worked at?
We’ve shot at the Javits Center and other major Manhattan trade show venues. Familiarity with Javits matters in particular — load-in protocols, floor navigation, exhibitor badge access, and the venue’s specific lighting conditions all take experience to handle cleanly on a tight show schedule.
Do I get full usage rights to the photos?
Yes. Every trade show client gets full rights for sales enablement, marketing, PR, internal communications, social media, and editorial use. The only ask is photographer credit if images go to press outlets, which is standard.
