We arrive early to scout the angles, and during the program we shoot from positions that capture both the handoff and the recipient’s face in the same frame.
Do you photograph honorees with their families and guests?
Yes. Family portraits with honorees are one of the most appreciated parts of the night for recipients — these are the images that go on walls, into albums, and to relatives who couldn’t attend. We’ll work with the event team to schedule a 5-to-10-minute window for honoree portraits, typically before the program starts or during cocktail hour, so everyone gets what they need without slowing the evening.
How quickly will I get the photos after the ceremony?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days. If you need a selection sooner — for a same-day press release, a next-morning announcement, or honoree thank-you emails — same-day editing is available as an add-on. We’ll flag the recommended option when you book.
